The Beetle Dynamics Terms of Service outline the legal agreement between users and Beetle Dynamics concerning website usage, intellectual property, scope of digital marketing services, payment milestones, and standard professional liability provisions under Indian jurisdiction.
1. Scope of Engagement
Beetle Dynamics provides digital marketing, search engine optimization, paid media management, conversion optimization, and web development services under written statement-of-work (SOW) agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
All customized code, creative assets, and documentation produced for clients become client property upon full settlement of contracted milestone invoices.
3. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
